CONSTANT MONITORING

It allows you to constantly monitor the performance of the system and to provide for the automatic cleaning of the filter bags by piloting in sequence pneumatic valves which shoot compressed air inside the sleeves themselves.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE

TOUCH SCREEN MONITOR

COMPANY NETWORK CONNECTION

Connecting to the company network allows you to have the you see of the touch screen directly on a monitor PC or tablet via web browser. Finally equipping the touch screen with GSM module, this, combined with a data SIM, will connect via mobile network to a cloud service centre.

It is possible to adopt one SMARTBOARD board Ecotech GTS, designed to be inserted inside the electrical management panel of the filtration system or in a dedicated box and applied on the edge of the filter. Its function is to detect signals coming from the various sensors that can be applied to the system and which inform about its correct functioning, as well as control the pneumatic valves cleaning using compressed air.

 

COCKPIT

This screen allows you to have the main parameters under control of filter operation such as the pressure in the suction pipe or the Δp of the filter. The latter is very important for the correct functioning of the system. Plus you can monitor emissions into the atmosphere in real time, the temperature of the filter, the number of cleaning cycles performed, the consumption of compressed air, etc.
