Thanks to the smart system of the high-performance dedusting tanks, important pneumatic and energy savings can be achieved. This results in continuous communication, even remotely with industrial IoT applications, to detect specific data and information for a predictive maintenance, efficient and economical, reducing times and orienting the control and containment of emissions.
This 
solution consists of PED certified tanks, studied, designed and produced by Ecotech GTS in partnership with SMC Italia Spa, world leader in the pneumatic sector. Made with certified carbon materials, in stainless steel, they are equipped with high efficiency valves, specially designed by SMC for Ecotech GTS. The KIT proposed by Ecotech GTS for the energy and pneumatic monitoring of the system is fully customizable, ideal for both water filtration and dust filtration.

IOT 4ECO SMART DUST FOR COMPRESSED AIR TANKS
SMART DUST acquires and analyzes the data of the DCS - Dust Collector System, consisting of a tank with a control unit, with a single electronic IoT monitoring system. It is used for the control and management of the dedusting systems present on the dust suppression filters. The DCS system plays a fundamental role in protecting equipment from damage due to dust accumulation. It guarantees the safety of the air quality level, in compliance with industrial regulations on emissions. IOT 4 ECO SMART DUST is the ideal solution for greater filtration efficiency, pneumatic control and atmospheric emissions control.
