ATEX is the conventional name of the European Union Directive 14/34 / EC for the regulation of equipment intended for use in areas at risk of explosion. The name derives from the words ATmosphères and EXplosibles. It imposes the obligation of risk assessment for all equipment operating in potentially explosive atmospheres. The Directive identifies various levels of "danger" (zones): each zone corresponds to a different type of explosive atmosphere, both in terms of composition and probability of appearance and time of permanence. The Motive EX series gearboxes (BOX-EX, ROBUS-EX, ENDURO-EX, STON-EX and STADIO-EX) are certified in compliance with EN 13463-1, EN 13463-5, EN 1127-1 for zones 1 , 21, 2 and 22.Configure your electronic system ask for availability
