We are excited to announce the implementation of our 4ECO SMART IOT system in two strategic pollutant abatement facilities, designed for the electric battery disposal process of a major American automaker, a world leader in the electric car sector.

Thanks to our sophisticated controllers, we guarantee a very high efficiency in the purification of the fumes generated during battery recycling. Although the recycling process itself is an industrial secret, the purification method, through dry scrubbers, is commonly used in other industrial sectors. Our purification system uses a sorbent injected into the flue gases coming from the recycling process, neutralizing acidic pollutants through contact with alkaline sorbents.

ECOTECH GTS controllers are designed to monitor and manage with extreme precision every phase of storage and dosing, including pneumatic conveying and injection, thanks to a powerful processor and advanced algorithms. Our system is able to communicate with over fifty protocols, ensuring complete integration into the new state-of-the-art plant.
